Dr. Rida El Mehdawe is the Principal of Windsor, Ontario International School and a Canadian citizen with an outstanding academic and professional background in education. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and brings over 30 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and educational research.

Dr. El Mehdawe has worked extensively in international education, serving in reputable international schools and academic institutions across the United States, China, Vietnam, Kuwait, Russia, and other countries. His global experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse education systems, international curricula, and best practices in teaching and learning.

Ms Tendo Kisakye
Humanities Teacher (Stages 3–9)

Ms Tendo Kisakye is a dedicated Humanities educator with a degree in Humanities from Kyambogo University. She brings extensive experience in delivering the Cambridge International Curriculum across Primary and Lower Secondary stages (Stages 3–9).

Currently serving as the Early Years 1 Homeroom Teacher at Windsor Ontario International School, Ms Shammah is committed to fostering holistic child development within a structured, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. She demonstrates strong classroom management skills and creates a safe, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere where children feel confident to explore, learn, and express themselves.

He is known for his patience, professionalism, and commitment to nurturing each learner’s potential. His teaching style emphasizes clarity, engagement, and inclusivity, ensuring that every student feels supported and motivated to succeed. He takes pride in creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and build confidence in their abilities.

Mathematics and Science Teacher

Mr Samuel Ogoga is a dedicated Mathematics educator and finance specialist, holding a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and Financial Engineering at WorldQuant University.

He brings valuable teaching experience from Kampala International School, where he taught from 2018 to 2025, delivering engaging and effective lessons across both primary and secondary levels. His teaching approach emphasizes conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and real-world application.

Mr Ogoga has undertaken extensive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) through The National College, with a focus on adaptive teaching, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). This training equips him to support a wide range of learners and create an inclusive classroom environment.

He also holds a diploma from Oxford Home Study Centre and remains strongly committed to continuous professional growth and educational excellence

Teacher Marion Arot

Marion Arot is a passionate and dedicated educator committed to nurturing the holistic development of every learner. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English and Literature), which provides her with a strong academic foundation and equips her with effective teaching practices tailored to diverse learning needs.

With a proven track record of successfully delivering the Cambridge curriculum across both lower and upper primary levels, Marion demonstrates excellence in curriculum implementation and classroom practice. She is intentional in meeting professional standards through inclusive, well-structured lesson planning and effective scheming that supports all learners.

Marion currently serves as the Homeroom Teacher for Stage 2 at Windsor Ontario International School, where she plays a vital role in shaping young minds at a critical stage of their development. She is deeply committed to teaching the whole child—fostering not only academic excellence but also strong character and morally upright values.

Her professional qualifications include a Certificate in Child and Teenage Counselling, enabling her to support learners’ emotional and social wellbeing with empathy and care. Ms Namubiru Hadijjah

She has gained valuable teaching experience in both the Cambridge and National curricula and is currently serving as the Early Years 3 Homeroom Teacher at Windsor Ontario International School. Ms Hadijjah is known for her calm, patient, and caring nature, enabling her to build strong, trusting relationships with young learners and create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.

Mr. Jonathan Thembo is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator from Uganda with a strong passion for technology, music, and teaching. He is 21 years old and holds a Diploma in Computer Science from YMCA Comprehensive Institute.

Currently serving as the Music and IT Teacher at Windsor, Ontario, International School, Mr. Thembo combines his knowledge of computer science with his love for music to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students. He is committed to helping learners develop both technical and creative skills in a supportive classroom environment.

Mr. Thembo is skilled in computer applications, programming fundamentals, digital literacy, and music instruction. He believes in using modern teaching methods and technology to inspire students and make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
