I also have a Cambridge International Diploma for teachers and trainers (optional) I have extensive experience in lesson planning and delivery, excellent classroom management and communication skills, the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and strong assessment and evaluation skills. As a dedicated and passionate educator with 17 years of experience, I am committed to providing an engaging effective learning experience for my students. I spent a year immersed in French culture, honing my language skills and gaining firsthand experience in authentic French environments. I am certified by Alliance Française de Vichy in language teaching methodologies, specializing in French as a foreign language.

My name is Nantumbwe Shamim, a female Ugandan by nationality who holds a bachelor's degree in arts with education from Kyambogo University. I am an experienced English and History teacher for upper primary for four years.
At Windsor Ontario International School, I am enrolled as a homeroom English teacher for stage 6. My role is to be responsible for the academic and social development of our learners creating a positive learning environment, creating lesson plans following the Cambridge curriculum, maintaining classroom management, be the main contact for parents, students, peers and line managers about student progress.
Cambridge curriculum has three terms in a year, at Windsor Ontario International School we assess our learners twice in a term to motivate students to work harder. Assessment helps learners understand the course material and how they are doing in class.
